I’ve had Sushi many places, especially on my work travels across the US, and this is the best sushi I have ever had. This sushi is better than Billy’s in Minneapolis. I have this sushi often, and it’s amazing! You won’t regret it!

This place is simply the absolute best. I usually just get 2 Philly rolls here when I’m craving sushi but don’t want to break the bank. They are reasonably priced, use better ingredients than some high end sushi places, and are always extremely fast. I am obsessed with Fuji Sushi everyone please come here.

We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. Everything is prepared professionally, quickly, and with care and a smile. There is a small eat-in area. Everything is plated and packaged so perfectly, it is very convenient to pick up and enjoy at home. Rated one of the top sushi experiences in the Twin Cities with a reasonable price as well. Fuji Sushi in Rosemount, Minnesota, is an absolute gem! My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Dynamite Roll, Out of Control Roll, and Gyoza, and every bite was phenomenal. The Dynamite Roll was an explosion of flavors—perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh. The Out of Control Roll was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling that made for a perfect starter. If you’re in the area and craving sushi, Fuji Sushi is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Fuji for so long! Usually the 3 roll lunch special, but ventured out of the normal lately for late night sushi cravings getting the salmon lover and tuna tataki. Everything is fresh, consistent, and timely. They transitioned from the plastic boxes to the paper ones and loving the plating lately. Highly recommend as this is our go to sushi spot

This is a small strip mall restaurant with limited seating so they seem to focus on takeout orders. We ate there in person for a quick dinner. Service was fast and the food was delicious. We ordered a two sushi rolls, edamame, and gyoza and had almost no leftovers! My kids are already asking for more and we are there just yesterday.

Hands down the best take out sushi in the metro. I always end up coming back here and it’s wonderful every single time. Props to the few people always working hard on getting these orders together, I won’t get sushi anywhere else!

We have been enjoying Fuji sushi for many years! The owner even knows what my kids love to eat and makes sure they get their favorites every time! The sushi is the best I’ve eaten since I moved from Florida 20 years ago.
